Hey I'm from the omaha area too, shoot me a pm.
As for your rims what ya runnin? Steel or alum? If its steel clean em up good rough em up hit em with some decent quality primer then hit it with an automotive quality paint, either a good spray gun or even very carefully with the autozone auto enamal. Leave a set of crappy tires on it so u don't spray the sealing surface
