When you check your fuses are you just visually inspecting them? Either way you should invest in a dvom (digital volt ohm meter), even if its a $5 harbor freight special.

 

I checked every fuse necessary in both panels for him with my kline dvom...they're all good.

 

If the door chime stopped working after replacing the ignition switch, something went wrong with the install. He needs to review the correct replacement procedure to make sure it was installed correctly.

 

I believe ive discovered the source of the issues I hope. It looks like to me the plug to the 30 pin on my fuel pump relay has fallen back into the pdc. There for not powering my fuel pump....and im guessing triggering my obd2 codes. I know the pump is good. If I jump the fuel pump it powers up and I have 45 psi at the rail....if I pressurise the system it will start and run til I kill the fuel pump and it runs out of gas.

 

As I thought....2 of the plugs fell back into the pdc. Got them pushed back up....and she fired right up. Finally....that headache is over

Yeah....it was a real pain in the ***. But I guess I should of paid more attention to the pdc block. At least I still have cash for a lift.... :-)

 

anyone near newton area have any full width axles for a full width swap? or an 8.25 for sale? my rear end finally went to crap and need a new one
