Ah yes the March third meet and greet. I was moving to Colorado that day. Now that I am back in O.P. is there going to be another?

Cool, where at in Colorado? We bought our place in 09 and moved up full time last year. The wife didn't do so well being that far away from the family.

Loveland is a pretty cool area. Rocky mountain national park is awesome. We were about 1 1/2 hours west/southwest of Colorado springs. Sangre De Cristo mountains. I am already missing it.

 

Colorado is beautiful, it will be a few years but il be out there too.

 

Get your *** out there! I left KC Tuesday morning in my WJ, rented a tow dolly and brought my XJ back. If you can get some time and afford the gas you can camp in the mountains for free. Pretty cheap other than that damn gas. It only takes 10 1/2 hours to get to my old area and it was freaking cool. Jobs were hard to come by in our area.

 

I have noticed a lot more Cherokees in the Johnson county area since we got back. Lots of good looking modified ones. We left KC in 03 for southwest Missouri and then the year in colorado there were not very many around here.

 

There really are quite a few lifted xj's around, glad to see it. Id rather see lifted cherokees over lifted jk's driven by chicks texting anyday. I was out in Lakewood 2 weeks ago visiting which assured me thats where I want to live (Colorado, not necessarily Lakewood area). We drove out to Breckenridge, south to Morrison to check out red rox amphitheater, and up to golden. I rented a fat bike and rode from Golden to Wheat Ridge. I got turned around, I meant to go to golden bike park when I realized I went 15 miles to far. I literally counted over 100 cherokees in just 3 days. I love it there, its perfect. Id have enough wheelin and biking to keep me busy forever.

 

Hey anybody in the Wichita area new a SYE for a 231? I have a brand new one that I'm bot guna use.

 

How much? I have friends around there that may be able to pick it up.. and what brand?

 

Rough country. Paid 200 plus shipping. Need $180 out of it.
