I've got a call into a guy from KC Jeep Club that has some rti ramps. I'm going to see of he wants to come out and bring the ramps.

I cant tell you how long I've been waiting to get R.T.I. measurements. This is going to be cool. By the way, what is considered a good r.t.i. number???

I was just online researching R.T.I. Apparently the math works like this.
Example: Lets say your jeep travels 60 inches up the ramp, and your wheelbase is 101 inches...
Your R.T.I. number is multiplied as follows::::
60 Divided by 101 x 1000 = 594

it depends on the rti ramp. If they built it to professional specs it could have a few different degrees of the ramp...i.e. a 20 or 30 degree ramp for example have two different mathematical formulas.....
That is just my understanding of it. So shoot me if i'm wrong lol

I go by Jeep road all the time on my way to Colorado. We always talk about driving up to the sign and taking a pic, just have not done it yet.
