Ok so from talking with my parents in the insurance feild. We don't want to make it an organization or take another organizations name. So I vote for on the flyer we put Kansas city are Jeep meet and great. It's general but specific enough. Everyone cool with that?

Awesome, and one last thing. So we don't get sued if someone gets hurt. Cause you know there are those people out there that will do that type of stuff. Put a disclaimer in fine print that we are not an organization, just a group of friends that decided to get together with other jeep owners. And we are not responsible for any injuries or damages

 

It's just gonna cover everyone's butt, if some one were to trip or fall and hit a jeep and get hurt, ya kno. But regardless march 3rd needs to hurry up and get here!

 

I love the progress we have going, sorry I haven't been too involved with working long hours and my phone still out for repair. For the flyers you all may want to wait a couple days, Monday I plan to contact kcjc to see if they want to get involved and I'm also going to contact the Kansas speedway about a couple ideas I'm thinking about

That's terrible timing. Football is being played. Im not a fan of any of the teams left but its playoff football none the less.

 

You guys should have a mod change the title of this thread to "KCK Area Roll Call" since the majority of people going are from that area.

But this is for Kansas cf members. Not just for the kc guys, there are few of us that check in from the other parts of the state too. No need to separate the members in to areas were all Kansas folks

Yeah it might be for all members but most that live a few hours outside of KC aren't gonna come. Therefor it's basically a KC area meet up. Im not saying there arent any from outside the area coming but for the most part they arent.

Like me I'm not gonna drive 3 1/2 hours for a few hours to meet up. If it was closer I'd be game but thats 75 bucks in gas just gone.
