I just did the same today but my driver fender has a dent I thought I would be able to look past but can't. Anyone have a white driver fender forsale? 97-01. Post some pics, I'm still undecided on how I wanna mount them.

Is the dent repairable? Im bolting little metal brackets to the fender, then bolting the flares to the brackets.
edit: heres a white 98' being parted http://kansascity.craigslist.org/pts/3558028984.html

Thanx, I tracked a fender down today. I bought some L brackets to do the same. Post your pics when your done if you would. There is a red XJ with the edging mounted and it looked pretty good but he never said how he mounted them.

I need to go to harbor freight to get more cutoff discs for my grinder, I just cut out one flair with scissors which seemed to work fine. Il take pictures tomorrow since I should have at least one finished and mounted by then. The brackets Im using are basically in an "L" shape. One end bolts through the existing fender flare bolt holes, the other end of the bracket sits flat under the flare. Il drill a hole in the flare and the bracket and stick a bolt through. May mount the flare to the bracket with a black plastic wheel well clip.

Wiggles, whose WJ was that then?
