Yeah, its becoming a cash cow... Lol.. But I plan on keepin it around till I drive it to its grave..
I am gonna run the 35s that are on it now till I kill them and then may go to a 37 later.I've got 4.56 gearing going into the new axles. Figured that would be decent gear for the interstate towing a trailer in 3rd.. Not OD..

i was just wondering on tire size because your not cut out very big and your already painted up. i guess just make sure you bump stop the heck out of it and maybe add steering stops so you dont mess up the pretty.
i plan on running 37in military take offs and am currently making roon for them. i am guna start a 6.5in of lift and work my way down till i get dialed in. i am also moving rear axle back 3in and front forward 2in
how high are you gunna be?
what do you plan on doing about flares?
steering?
wheel offset?
rear clearence

That looks good man! i would of done a lil more but i dont have a welder or the skills so i just did the basic cut and fold on my rear but i think with the full width axles it will work out alright... i am planning on bumpstopping it so i dont mess it up.. i did about the same cut and fold on the front fenders but i have another set of front fenders i plan on hacking up and making them the trail fenders so i shouldnt have to many issues with that...
lift wise, i got bds 8.5 front springs and bigoffroad 6 inch rear leafs with a 1 inch boomerang shackles. i should have enough lift that the shortcomings on the fender and quarter cutting should be ok... i hope..
i am not gonna run flares on it... with the axles all together with the wheels and tires mounted on the 44 and the 9, it was within 1 inch of what is on my jeep right now. im not sure with the offset is on the new axles but i can say that the 10 inch wide wheels on the jeep now gotta pretty deep dish to em.. all in all, the tires should still be under the jeep with around 5 to 6 inches hanging out the sides.. works good for leaving nascar skids on peoples doors when ya get some road rage. lol...
steering is either gonna be crossover or all out high steer... i got the gm spindles and knuckles with ballistic high steer arms... i am really hoping for hydro assist but it may have to wait till later unless i move the quad i got for sale....

stock d30 is 60.5"
fullsize d44 is 67"
eyeballing the wheels in your pic id say there 15x10 with 4in bs. so your set up now is 72.5 outside to outside.
so what wheel are you running that only makes you an inch wider? i mean even the hummer wheels with 7in of back spacing on a 9in rim makes the d44 71in oudside to outside. and it almost impossible to get steering inside those wheels. whhels with 6in of bs are hard to come by. i havent found any manufactures that produce them.
maybe you could measure your new wheels and let me know the dimensions and what brand they are?
i have hummer wheels but there guna be a headache and if i can fins some that are only 6in of bs it would make my life easier instead of recentering or making crazy high steer

I do think your close to what I measured but it was a while back before I even tore the axles apart... But I think they were both 72-73ish range outside to outside of the tires.. That was good for me.. I have the set of steelie wagon wheels that came off the ford axles that I'm gonna be using.. I will measure them when I get back to the shop on monday..

i think im guna try to make hummer wheels worK but wanted a back up plan just incase. i already got the hummer wheels for dirt cheap. need to blast them. weld rock rings on and then fire up the powder coater.
dunno if i like the magnesium run flats but hey they where cheap and are way easier to put in than the rubber ones

Those wheels are interesting.. I've never seen that kind of wheels yet.. So with those inserts, can you still air down for something like rocks without those causing problems? Even tho there aren't any rock gardens around here. Lol.. Are you doing the powdercoating on the wheels yourself? If not I can get you some prices from the guy I use for powder.. He's done alot of quad parts for me and hooks me up with good deals. He's gonna do my steel wagon wheels soon..

so we both are doing 44s in the front... im doing a 9 inch in the rear.. full width.
running a 4 link long arm kit. bds belly pan with ironman4x4 custom arms. jonny joints all around.
44 and a 9 inch
full width
i have all the brackets for the rear. i got the ruff stuff leaf pads and shock mounts and a truss... the front, i am going with the t&t customs truss but apparently they wont do the UCA mounts for the joints i have so i will have to get some fabricated for it.. i will also have the spring pad and shock mounts, and trackbar mount just needed to be welded on.. i have rustys LCA mounts...
front 44 is a 76 hp with the solid tube and i still need the old ford mounts taken off of it.. ive been trying to get everything sitting here ready to go and then dive in and build them up..

I don't have the truss yet.. That's the one thing that I still need.. I just recently got the ring and pinion and disk brake setup for the 9 inch tho.. I think I got just about everything for the 9 to start putting it together... Oh, and my steelies are 4.5 inch of backspacing.. Finally did some measuring.. I think the 31x10.5 compared to my 35x12.5 made the measurements as close as they were. Skinnier tires on the 44.. They may hang out a lil more than I was hoping for...
