I have a very loud tic (not a knock) from the top center of the engine. It started half way up my last run on Spring Creek and just kept getting louder and louder. I also started losing power, like it was only running on 5 cylinders. The tic comes and goes at various RPM’s. I’m hoping it is just a collapsed lifter but if I have to pull the head again, I’m just going to go ahead and rebuild it because of the blow-by issues.
We will see as soon as I get motivated to climb into it.
