1998 Grand Cherokee, ZJ.
170k on the body, brand new drivetrain. (motor, tcase, driveshafts and axles)
It is a gas guzzler, if you worry about MPG, keep looking because this jeep gets none. It will however roast any size tires you throw at it.
basics : Limited, 360 stroked (5.9) Leather, Heated seats, Sunroof, Moonroof, Focal Sound System/ pioneer deck. Power / memory seats. Home Link, climate control, on board computer, and every imaginable option ovaliabe.
I am the 2nd owner, I have records from 1998 including dealership tags. Always well maintained, oil changed every 2 4-wheeling trips or every 2 months, no leaks the bottom of it is completely dry. New motor, waterpump, tcase redone performance transmission. Body armor color matched. Tires are at 15/32nd (brand new at 19 / 32nds) and spare at 18/32nds
some of the upgrades:
9 inch long arm
Stroked and Bored 360block with lots of upgrades (injection, high flow pumps, crankshaft, heads and so on) and chipped
35s (BFG KM2) I'm ready to install 37s or 38s.
Geared at 4.88.
Custom Ford 8.8 axle in the rear
a yukon locker.
BDS Long Arms
BDS 7 inch coils

full size 44 brakes front.( thinking about EBC)
Break lines are 21 inches ( meant for YJ)
NP231
SYE.
Englewood Driveshaft front
Front Range driveshaft rear
Yakima roof rack
detroit locker front
1ton chevy steering

Optima Yellow Top Battery
On Board Air
Cobra CB Radio
3row Radiator
Rock Crawler D 15in rims
WhiteFace Gauges (awww yeah!)
Performance Torque Converter
and a lot more I cant think of right now...
The thing does OK on trails but will not go "everywhere" like a lot of people claim on CL
It actually does better on trails than it does on streets. It has no sway bars but I can include them with the jeep.
If you think you can make a reasonable offer, txt me at 720 862 5010
Edit: I will not trade for midget strippers, ivory sewing needles or stamp collections. If you are not serious, don't waste my time. I've spent a year and a fortune building this jeep right, if you don't see it, you probably shoulnd't be driving it either
no Joy Rides
