Default Pierson park road Sunday 9/26

We are going to be going up to estes park on sunday and doing Pierson park road.
This will be my first ever run, hopefully we can get a good group together and have a fun time.

There is also an autumn festival going on in estes park this weekend so there is plenty to do all day.

There is a brown building at 66/36 and fish creek road we can meet. it is on the east end of lake Estes to the south of 66/36. Looks like a hotel/motel.

I'll be in a Black 96 Cherokee with Spyder markings and a roof rack.

So looks like I wont be able to make it. Unless I pull out something amazing when I get off work tomorrow, my XJ is going to be stuck where its at for a bit
I am going to give it a shot to get saturday off. If I can pull that off I am going to do everything in my power to get my rig up and ready to go.

A budget lift, I need to add in an s10 main leaf that i left out when i did my bastard pack a few days ago and probably 1-2" shackles . the shocks I am using are too long for the few inches I got with just the extra leafs.
I also still need to replace the front coils.

The condition its in now it can barely drive around my parking lot

Now that I am not stressing about my jeep, I am excited for this run on sunday.
After pulling out the measuring tape, I realized I am probably around stock height on the back, at most an inch higher (it was really sagging before). So I am just going to put my old shocks on, well new ones on that back that were swaped out under ranchos warranty, and worry about my completing my lift next week.

Can't wait till sunday

Had an amazing time running pierson park road today. I am hooking on off roading now! Spyder did an awesome job showing me the ropes and leading through it all, even while he was showboating going down the trail on just 3 wheels
Still pucker a bit thinking about that.

Yep scared the wife a bit since she was looking at the ground over the front quarter, she swears the level indicator went to 45 deg.

BTW the rating could be increased a bit, Lifted I had a couple technicals that were up there.

Nice job Ski_Junkie... Sorry we didn't get video and more pics of the rigs...
