yes sir! HP diffs are reverse cut or "reverse rotation"

LP diffs are standard cut or "standard rotation"

well i was gonna pull my CCV and clean the orifice as part of routine maintenance. I first pulled the hose off the elbow while idling and there is no difference.....can i assume that its already clean since there is no difference ? or that it could be clogged. The nearest autoparts store is 15 miles and i heard they are easy to break when attempting removal. thanks

Well the AX15 is less common than the AW4. "Super rare" may be a bit of a stretch
