I used the same templet that my dad used with his and his mount's seem to be good. Same bolt hole's and all.

Ya I told him, not to be rude but, I have built and sold a couple bumpers in the past and your bumper is really only worth $50 to $75 tops. you keep saying you want get it gone. maybe you need to price it to sale?
but then again it is your bumper not mine....
