Unfortunatly, I'll be working on the Jeeps this weekend. I've been doing alot more wrenching than wheeling lately.
Anyone know how to fix a hole in a trans cooler line without replacing it? I'm thinking JB weld?!?

Yeah, I'm working on mine this weekend too. I don't really have the dough to take her out so I'm gonna get the lights I bought for the roof rack installed.

I will try to work.... play I mean..... on mine too
I finally ordered shocks they should be there sometime next week. I went through a different website (4wheelonline because I am cheap lol) I got a set of 4 Procomp ES1000 (I know probably not the best but the cheapest) shipped for $103..... the other store in Utah ended up being almost $160 for the same set (taxes and shipping) so I guess when they are there, I will have a lot of questions lol. i hve started spraying PBblaster on the bolts just in case.
In the mean time I have removed the ender flares (evrysingle bolt snapped lol) and I am burning my fingers with the blowdryer to remove the pinstripps) Can't find a 3M eraser wheel around.
Discovered a leak this morning.... it is red fluid so ATF.... and therefore something in the transfer case is leaking... not liking that too much but I guess I should get used to it lol...

If its a rub hole in the metal line the JB weld wont hold, the residual oil wont ever let it bond. Heres how I've fixed dozens of them, works every time. Cut out the damaged area with a pipe cutter, flair the ends with a flair kit and pop in a peice of oil resistent rubber hose with a couple hose clamps. Works everytime as long as you flair it. You can pick up a flair kit pretty inexpensively at Autozone or Checker.

A new piece of metal line and some compression fittings maybe, and of course some clamps to hold it away from the exhaust to halt further problems. Let us know what you come up with.
