I would think so, but if you can get another 20-50$ to be safe I would do it.

Per map quest....

Its 310 miles from hyrum utah to moab.

620 there and back. At 15mph(maybe head wind ) you would need 41.333333 gals of gas. which is about 2.7777 tanks of fuel (filling at 15gal intervals) so at 3.76$ a gal (by me) its $56.40 per tank which is $169.2 round trip + wheeling which for me seams to be about 1/2 tank per trail... 2 trails makes it pretty close to $225.60 for the full trip. but better to be on the safe side!

Looked at people puting bulbs in hellas on youtube but coudln't find anyhting about it either way, peoples cameras suck like my spelling!

It would need to removeable as the only wat to get to the bulb is to pop the glass out of the housing.. Ill try and track down some weather stripping and play with it. just seams like it would get a lot of water inside of the housing.

Also after looking online for a few days at rear bumpers I am not really a far of rear tub bumper on the xj. granted i liked a few but they seam overly complicated. this is the rear bumper I was thinking about buying, but with the hitch built in, and cutting mine off.

wow big pic lol. I think it would be easyest to buy this, then build a carrier on it. theres looks like this but should be easy to add. (with you help ) I would want the swing out to be just like yours off to the drivers side but allow it to hold a high lift at an angle as well.

The Hellas just pop apart, but be carefully they are just little plastic tabs. I broke em a couple times and had to jb weld them together. I have submersed mine (not on purpose) they were fine,my tranny wasn't tho. .
I personally wouldn't worry about it.
If you do take them apart throw some 100 watt bulbs in it makes a world of difference
