Jeeperzcreeperz has a buddy that will hook me up with a 27 spline for $75, but I'll have to replace the carrier & seals...
It wouldn't be too hard, but I'd still need to find a 29 in the JY, & buy the seals! Or do the seals come with the rebuild kit I'll have to buy anyways??? Either way good lookin out Thanks!

On a side note: I'm blaming Tom & his cheap whiskey shot for this MASS hang over I have, this lovely sunday morning!!! Lol

Sorry the newbie here missed it. What a great turn out, 13 rigs. My day was well spent though. Got a new CPS and fingers crossed....seems to have fixed the intermitten stalling problem. Had friend of mine run down to the valley to pick me up a muffler at autozone. He came back with a cherry bomb ????? Didnt even try to install it. Aren't those loud as hell ?
Master muffler on state said they can make me a tailpipe for 65.00. Prolly go that route since no stores in SLC seem to have any.

Glad someone posted pics of this trip. Any links to pics from any previous outings ?

It depends on the cherry bomb I had one on my s10 that wasn't loud. They make many diff types, if it was the cheap $20 dollar one then you should be fine. As far as the tail pipe how much of it do you need I got the part from the muffler back at autozone for $25.

Yeah it was the 20.00 cheap one. I will check back with autozone on the tailpipe. Yeah, i need from the muffler back. They didnt have any in stock and said it was special order. I tried seperating the muffler from the cat and it wouldnt budge. Any tricks to getting it apart ??? Thanks Chris

Muscle lol. If the stuff you need to get off is bad then a big hammer or maybe a saw. I had to order the part in but it only took two days.

i wouldnt think it would be loud at all, the inline 6 is a pretty quiet motor. i have my exhaust cut off right after the cat and ya when the guy that passed it for me was surprised just how quiet it was with no muffler so i think you would be fine with the cherry bomb
