Still a dead heat in the COTM poll - make sure you voted!

We should start putting together a for-reals trail plan for Tom's birthday bonanza

I'll start things off, since I just had a birthday and didn't get down there for mine...I suggest Saturday Hells Revenge + Fins n things + potato salad. Sunday - Rusty Nail, and maybe an alternate option for guys that don't want to hit something that rough, and Monday Moab Rim + Kane Creek.
I will probably be driving home Monday after the trails. What do you guys want to hit?

here are a few pic from Saturday, went out shooting, out west of utah lake and did some driving around. my first poser pic ha ha. 31 inch tires not sure about the lift i think its 3inch and i still have the sway bar front and rear. Im thinking of taking them off, what do you recommend? the most highway this sees is driving out to 5 mile and back.

I definitely need to be at work Friday, so no trails for me that day. Between Cliff Hanger and PSM, I'd vote for the spider. I have not been all the way through that one in a long long time - I always run Golden Spike when I am out that way

That is correct. We will be leaving thursday night, everyone above salt lake county will meet at my house at 7 oclock and we will do another meetup at the point of the mountain at 7:45. Afterthat we will head through spanish fork canyon through price.so that will be the last meeting spot. Friday morning we will run 7 mile canyon and 3d trail till the rest of the group and family meets up. Sat, Sun,Mon plans will be figured out orvis, desert rat,and floyd xj and myself will be the vote for the rest of the weekend cause they are gonna be there 100% ideas are great but unless you will for sure make this trip we will plan otherwise.

I miss the night drive to Moab I did every week while heading to Texas. If your goin to do a meet up in Utah county, I'd do it at the K mart parking lot, just after you get onto Hwy 6. And for Price, I would stop at the Chevron at the end of Wellington. Also a good place too top off and leak out. Cheaper then Green River and it's 65 miles of nothing till then. If your camping in a non pay camp area, I can tell ya where we camp every year for Safari. Its a big open area where you can fit 10 rigs or so and enough room to pitch a tent away from everyone.
