Northern Utah BS thread
I am still looking for a place up that way, I am waiting till the end of the month when my tax return comes to take a trip and start seriously looking. I think I am just going to end up getting a house with a garage if I can swing it. Got a 80 gallon compressor, Hobart BetaMig 250, and a little Chinese box plasma, along with some wood working tools and hand tools. If I cant find a place with a garage I have seen some shop space for rent and was thinking of trying to get some locals together to rent a shop? KLS is showing a space running $400/mo for 1000sq feet, $500 for 1500, and $600 for 2000. We'll just have to see how the cards fall I guess!

A.T.R. Offroad
A.T.R. (Addicted to rocks) Offroad was concieved by Tom with the plan being to bring together offroaders who share a mutual interest in offroading. We are a family friendly group and encourage spouses/girlfriends/boyfriends and children to ride along on the trail runs. We are'nt a competitive group, our runs are'nt about who can out do who, but more about everyone having fun. We're also not the group that requires you have 1 ton axles, running 35's and locked, a mild lift and some good tires and either decent driving skills or the desire to learn is all thats required to run.
The number of members being set at 25 members (rigs) is because we want a group where everyone knows everyone, a happy wheeling family kind of thing. Throughout the upcoming year we are planning on doing a ton of runs from mild to wild, down south as well as up north. Some runs will be open to everyone and some will be just for the ATR guys and gals. Open runs will always be posted up on cherokeeforum.com and I encourage everyone to come out and have some fun. We do ask that you choose trails you feel your rig can handle, if your not sure dont be afraid to ask.
Becoming a member: As stated before we strive to have a group that is much like a family so we want to ensure everyone is a good fit. If your interested in becoming a part of the group (and trust me, you do, we have a lot of fun) attend a few of the open runs, see if you like wheeling with us, if we like wheeling with you, see if you agree with the what the clubs goals are and where were going and we'll go from there.

It is definitely hard, but I don't know what to compare it to. Pull up some youtube videos of it, as that is about all I have seen on it, too. Lockers in both ends would be very preferrable, but we'll get through with anyone that comes along.
