Thats cool man, I was reconsidering it anyway. The ex came up with excuses to not come to town and taking my daughter out was the main reason I wanted to go anyway. I think I'll just hang on for the AF canyon run.

Decided to forgo a run this weekend to make sure I can do the AF run in a couple weeks. Love to do a run up to the B at a later date though.

One step closer..... got insurance for the jeep todayRegistration in the agenda for next week (and safety inspection) keeping my finger crossed...
I am really looking forward to be able to try a trail and see what I am capable of doing ....
Exhaust was a ***** haha but I eventually figured it out.... it is not pretty but it is legal so no complain from me.... I have put a magnaflow cat and since the cherrybomb glasspack muffler was too long, I got a Thrush welded muffler..... it sounds good but not too loud.... I am sure it will sound better when I get rid of the tiny little annoying leak that is left....
Next on the list mud flaps since it seems like it is a requirement.
Question about the fender flares.... anybody knows what the law says exactly, I couldn't find it. Is there a maximum for the tires to stick out ?
I have removed them currently and likes the look so was not planning on putting them back on but the front sticks a bit

Fender Flares
REJECT when:
1) Tire tread protrudes beyond the original fender or fender extenders.
NOTE: Fender flares or fender extenders are required to cover both front and rear tires when tire tread extends beyond the vehicle body.
Mud Flaps
Check for mud flaps when vehicle has been altered. Mud flaps are required on the rear wheels of all vehicles that are altered from their original OEM specifications. This includes the addition of larger tires and suspension lift kits.
a. REJECT when:
1) Fenders do not cover the top 50% of the tire.
2) Mud flaps are not present when required.
3) Rear mud flaps are not as wide as the tire.
*NOTE: Rear mud flaps must be directly aligned with the tire or at least as wide as the tire.
