Nope, its cast iron IIRC. it bolts in the same spot and same way your fair-lead is bolted. if you can fit that one you can fit this one . But either will work and some Love the roller, I just like this style wont bend and bind liek a roller, and how its more out of the way...

I had to weld it not enough clearance between winch and bumper

Oh I see! no room for a bolt head on the back side? could weld the bolt in to make it like a stud and slide the fair-lead on and tighten the nuts... Obviously don't know the room just an idea.

Yes 0 room I did drill hole to all line up but winch is right up against the front plate but good idea with the nut thats what I'm going to do thanks
