Lesson learned from the video is the right front tire is the weak point of the Cherokee.

Vehicle was a major success running from 84-01 and would have had a longer lifespan without the Benz Chrysler merger and the push of the failed liberty platform.

I knew it would happen. My fenders are severely limiting my flexing although usually the fenders pop right back to normal shape.

I would think fabricating your own flat fenders out of some round stock and sheet metal would be a cost effective option.

Fabricating out of fiberglass can be less expensive but normally requires more set up for a professional finish.

Superbee would trimming the front edge of the fender help with flex? From the pic it looks like the part digging into the tire first.

If you want to keep them, you need to bump stop more. There not really hurting your flex because the other side should still drop. Up travel is more for ramping and landing without tearing up everything

I agree round tube and sheet metal would be perfect . The problem is that I don't have a press brake to form the fender panel nor a pipe bender to bend the tube. For me to buy even just the tube bender jacks the price too high.

True, but uptravel is useful. I'd like as much as I can get. Plus, if I'm doing aftermarket flares/fenders why not make more clearance?

You can get a portable pipe bender, its a bit more work, but it the same.
