Default Clockspring

If you ever take a steering column out of a 97-01 XJ don't turn the wheel while it is out. That will trash the clockspring and they cost a lot. Lesson learned.

Ah no way you did the rookie mistake. I know there is a clockspring at the yard but the condition is unknown if I knew you needed it I would of snagged it today, I even had my steering wheel puller with me.

Yea I remember in class they would say that and you would see people do that right after. Eh it happens just a costly mistake, it like rebuilding a turbo when I blew the trans vac diaphram and was sucking up trans fluid into the motor till I realized and took off the vac and seen trans fluid, put back the old one and problem solved but it was a 125 mistake for a car that was sold for nothin but the fuel injection for a buggy.

I had the RC too, but sold em. Lol. An idk some of the reviews for the Revolvers haven't been too great. But yea I'm liking the ironmans. They do look pretty stout. But at this time their site says the materials are on backorder.
