Well i found out what was breaking in my rear end. Ive been having popping and grinding noises when i go around a turn. My rear carrier trac lock went out. Bearings are all shot. Splines and gears are all ok. Had to order a new carrier set this morning. This thing is costing me more and more money. Had to get it shimmed to 6 degrees since 4s werent working. The only things old on the XJ now are the actual axles and those i aint touching right now unless i blow my 30. I have calculated everything i have replaced and done to it since i started this and i am at 17K as of this morning.

 

You should've just given me 17k to kick you in the crotch, it would've hurt less.

gotta work and wont have the jeep back before then. Monday thru friday gotta make the coin.

 

yeah i got a crap ton in it. But its all new except the axles lol. Mine breaks down every time i put a tank of gas in it.

 

Remember you told me that. Poor jeeps not lasted long enough to see dirt It :/

Maybe the solution to your problems is a new gas tank. It could be haunted and ruin all the other parts so it remains dominant :P

 

lol nope. I cant keep it out of the shop long enough to take it to dirt haha. I literally picked it up thursday at 830 and it was back in the shop by 930.
