I was getting the jeep all ready for today when the wife slammed down some inlaw activities she planned for today. Grrr...let me know how it goes, and my rig will be built soon enough.

Okay guys so the pro comp monotube I blew out is Gunu be 100 bucks for the shock, I can go pull a back window, but...idk where I'm Gunu get another steering wheel/air bag?

 

How the hell did that happen a popped airbag and broken window something was wrong for that to happen unless you went into the body shop

 

she got airborne and landed HARD

 

Nope hit a dip real good. got some air, bumper took it all like a boss. Windshield from the hit/twist idk. A dumb mistake but I'm all good. And as far as I can tell the jeep is still all good. Oh and a part of my back tail light popped out and we were All confused...ha

 

Oh **** yea I bet it was nice to see check your axles to see what you bent and what is tweaked

 

I will, Gunu take it to mark and ask him to give it the once over for me. But we didn't see to much but shock.

 

Yea last thing you'll want is a bent axle tube. Now that you got some damage you gotta think do you wanna make it a mall crawler or a trail rig or a little of both. Axle truss or full width axles unbody bracing. Inner or outer cage or both

 

Idk how much damage as of yet. But no mall crawler this thing was built for the trail. I will fix it if I messed up stuff. It is already built up to handle the trails...just not big ol dips at like 35...:/

Question: the axel and the unibody I need to make sure are straight. How do I do so. I know I need to get somewhere flat and use a level.
