Eventually you will, I'm sure. I replaced the power steering pump and steering gear box in my old Grand Cherokee. Just started taking stuff apart. Installed my XJ long arm kit by myself too, in a small garage with just hand tools. Also took out the exhaust manifold in my XJ, had it welded, and put it back in. Talk about a PITA! You never know what you can do, until you try. If you need help with something, let me know I'd be glad to lend a hand if possible.

Thanks, that's mine. I'm not there anymore though, I got transferred to the central & tramway store. Hopefully it won't get stolen there!

Well I felt pretty proud when I went down to the junk yard with a wrench and pulled the part out for myself. It didn't fit...but it was the principle! Lol. Getting all dirty tearing it down was fun, putting it back more so. I'll hold ya to that buddy cuz I might need it

Did you used to park it on very north side of the parking lot? If so, I've seen it there, it's a nice XJ.

All you gotta do is ask. Almost everyone is cool about it and help you out, but once in a while you get ******** that thinks just cause there is better when it pretty much just for mall crawling. I've meet a couple people like that

Either that or find a friend on the forum who wants to make a few bucks haha. I have been to a few shops and they don't know jack about jeeps.

One was Gunu take a computer diagnostics test for my XJ...but there is nowhere for the hook up! I let them look for the plug and just watched

im always down to help work on fellow jeeps! mines a constant project as it is so why not!!
