Where is a good area for trails near denver for a newb? I have a stock 97 Laredo that I'm looking to build up, but gonna start small and cheap, haha.

Id say Left hand I live like a couple miles from it. Just don't take fireman hill or the other real steep ones. Left hand is kinda thrashed right now from the fire may be a fun ride in a stocker just to the trail break off points.

 

+1 for trail damage! That will let you filter from mild to wild and even down to what kind of obsticals you'll encounter.
