Sometimes I can even get a built CJ, YJ or ZJ to wave but the TJ seem to be above it all.

 

I don't wave at all XJs only modified XJs, that way if it's someone with a alternative lifestyle your not giving a signal. I know this because a area that is known for offroading (lost lake near cajon pass) is also a place where jotos hook up and some own jeeps. Years ago one waved at me we waved back he stopped us and in a second we knew he wasn't there for the trails. Then a cop stopped us and asked what we were doing and he filled us in on the 411.

 

I seriously think all the built wranglers in my area were already bought lifted and are just for show. I have never had a wrangler wave back at me, like they are so much better than me by buying a more expensive vehicle but props cause they got a Heep

Well I'm not, just sayin. And it must be different around here then there cause the wrongler guys won't even aknolege an xj and the only guys that approch me are guys with highly modded xjs so I'm cool with all of them, now don't get me wrong if someone waves ill wave back but I'm not the "its a jeep thing kinda guy"

 

I agree, lifted and modded xjs are a very unique interest. Tell me, when u (besides us lifted xj guys) think of lifted jeep, what immediately comes to mind with most people................wranglers. So I wave to xjs.

Pisses me off when people call my XJ a grocery getter. Oh yeah, we'll see who makes it to the store in 4 feet of snow. I'm not goin hungry HA HA!
