dude, i have no idea anymore. im in physical therapy trying to strengthen some things up, but i have early arthritis and fasciitis all up in there.

no clue when ill be running without pain again or if i ever will.

Stay with the PT for sure!! It can be tough, but it is worth all of the pain and suffering. I wish you a speedy recovery bud!! Are you still in "Das Boot"??

im so sad dude, this has been way too long. i really just wanna start being active again, ive lost 20 pounds of muscle, its absurd.

well good news boys. Ive been acquiring parts for my entire front end rebuild and im almost there I wont be installing anything till next weekend but it happen. sooo i will be puttin up pics of the carnage.

So now, the control arm mount ripped off the long armz x member??? WOW!!
