I'm glad I've got some work today, the economy is freakin' killin' me.

 

Terrible, stuck for 48 hours at the airport in London on the 21st cause of ice and the car i was supposed to bring back to use instead of the jeep i totalled it in an accident on the 8th and had to take a 24 hour train to go back to work on the 11th.
BUT seeing family, dog and friends was great, we had around 60°F all the time, went boarding a couple of times and now i'm back to work, and it's all over again, and the weather sux, it's cold, and money is tight till February when i get payed.

 

Frank, do you own a shop?

 

I would like to have work to "not" go to ..... looks like another Springer day for me ....

 

Tonight's my Friday, off till sunday. Probably start tearing apart the 92

Snowing like crazy again here. UPS just called, I have to meet him down the end of my driveway since its .6 of a mile long and un plowed. The good news is he will be bringing my lift! I have no money to go skiing so I really wish this snow would just go away! Either that or I wish I had a shop to work in lol

 

Good news Cliff!! I hope you get the lift in smoothly! I'm looking forward to the oncoming snow!! I have a snowboarding trip planned here real soon!!

 

Please let it snow a bunch!! My snow plow has not moved for a month!

 

Then sell it, and buy a snowmobile!! Then you take this freeloader with you!!

 

Yeah hopefully it will go smoothly. Nice! Where are you headed to go boarding? I went for a short trip to Powderhorn in Grand Junction Monday. I wish I could head out to some of the bigger resorts in Colorado but since most seem to be like 92 bucks a day plus gas and hotel I just cant afford it. I guess it will have to resort to poor mans skiing for the rest of the year. "back country".

I agree! I really want to get a snowmobile sometime. They seem like they would be really fun! Man I just spend the whole afternoon going through my parts list for the lift to make sure everything was there... right down to every bolt and nut. That was a job!

 

I bet!! I'm wanting to go to Wolf Creek. I'm done with the big resort scene. We all did the season pass gig for about 5 years, and that was enough of Summit County for a life time!!
