Replaced my t-stat late last night because I had no heat in the jeep. It would barely get warm. Dont have a temp guage, so I never really know how hot it is.....figured that it was just a t-stat stucj open.
Changed it out, only to find that it was not stuck open. Bled the system and fired it back up only to have no heat again. Heater core lines were hot, but still barely any heat........then it hit me....DUUUUHHHHHHH!....check the mode door dummy! Mode door was not completly going to heat. Adjusted the cable, and boom, heat!!
Lesson learned, keep it simple stupid!!! (K.I.S.S.)
Slapped a new hood with labarron hood vents on last night too. Now my jeep is 4 different colors! Red hood, blue fender, and two tones of black! Paint job coming very soon so I can built the exo.

I'm having the same problem in my little Mazda B2600i....it has been a little cold the last 2 mornings.....LOL!! I need to take a look at it....I'm hoping that it's the mode door, it dang sure seems like that is all it could be...
