so i must have ate some bad food, cuz i woke up sick at about 11 pm and have been up since. my kidneys feel like they are gonna fall out!!

but for some odd reason, im on my way to the shop soon.

Flat tire while heading out to my sisters today along i70 east = awesome. Plus all the jack bleeps that decided not to change lines while I was pulled over as they going 80+ mph

 

funny you say that....that is my work vans name!!...new jeep hasnt been around long enough to get a name. i test drove it, drove it home, parked it, and slept all day yesterday! gonna drive it to work today so i can go test flex and see where the fenders need trimmed.

the new jeep is bigger and cleaner than the 2 door

i typically dont buy built jeeps, but this one has brand new everything!! absolutly no protection though! bumpers and sliders will come VERY soon.

 

its always awesome to change a tire with your jeep blowing back and fourth in 80+ mph winds from those bastages!!

 

no 60k xj man. but i am starting the build on it this week.

and btw.....food poisoning SUCKS!!! i still feel like the dog poo.

thats all i have seen on it so far. will take it to the shop and throw it on the lift to check everything else out. there isnt a single dent on it and you can tell it hasnt been wheeled because there is absolutly no colorado pinstriping. also, no scratches on the under carrage.

there is just one thing wrong with it. with 8.5 inches of lift, the lp d30 fronts pinion angle is just CRAP!! kid came with the d-shaft off because it vibrated so bad! i will be on the lookout for a new hp front axle.....prob just gonna stick with a d30, or swap in a tj rubicon d44 front.



oh yeah, its my favorite jeep color.....silver!

drives like my 2 door did when i had a 3.5 inch and 33's on it!!!!

i do feel a little wierd about having a jeep built by someone else. makes me want to rip everything off and put it back on, just so i can say i built it!!! haha.

 

Installing my recently modified LM7 truck oil pan.



Wayne at C-fab in Falcon did the tig welding for me.

I cut about 1.5" out og the center of the sump.
Thia pan replaces the current CTS-V pan. The sump on that one is just to stinkin' long.
I've got to shorten the pick-up tube before the pan goes back on.

 

You know you bought it this way ,but you know you can't keep from changing it ...I built my old ZJ ,As I never did let anyone touch it after having HC4x4 take 10 days to install a bolt on re short arm kit ,and then ask for $400 more in labor b/cb it took 10 days ,but 10 years later and not only did I not build my own LAs like the zj ,but I bought the xj then sent it to a shop...lol...LAZY sob I am ...lol

 

you can buy my front axle in february. HP D30 with superior 30 spline cromos, ARB, warn 3/4 ton hubs and 4.88s with a riddler!!!!
