Anyone have used or have thoughts on Zone Offroad lifts? Thinking about starting to save my pennies for their 4.5" lift. http://www.4x4groupbuy.com/store/zon...ee-p-8815.html
Good? Bad?
Probbly junky. Go with something like rusty's offroad. Or rubicon express. I would do the rubicon express 3.5 inch lift. Cheaper than 4.5 and u shouldn't have to do a slip yoke eliminator. Maybe a transfer case drop tho. U can probbly run 33s comfortably after trimming with 3.5

If zone came with full leaf packs when I was looking at lifts, I would have gone with that. The only reason I didn't get zone is because they were AAL only at that time and my leaves were fooked.

From this it didn't sound too bad, unless I finished reading too soon. Still lifted itll be my daily driver and with work schedule wheeling will be a get-away activity, so I want performance but street comfort ability would be appreciated. It's still a far off purchase, but starting to save. Excited

Been up know since 1--am Friday ...started sanding the rust off my cage around 4-pm Saturday , and after a 2hr round trip to walmart at 10-pm after finding out 2 cans of rust inhibitorbought from ace were bad I finally finished it by flash light about 30 minutes ago in the driveway ...You know climbing up ontop of the Jeep and painting every tube leaving nothing to hold onto when getting down sure makes for a sucky jump to the ground in the dark ...I'm sure it needs a touch up since it was done by flash light and dew was starting to collect on the tubes ...But it's almost day light again , so i think instead of go to bed I'll just take it to truckfest .

Just read the Tech inspection rules ...lol...I have no helmet...no big deal could buy on one on the way down ,but while reading the rules I remember still have 2 bubngee cords still holding my battery down since the factory oe clamp was missing ,and i keep forgetting to replace it , So it looks like i'll be watching this not rolling over the rocks since I hardly doubt I can come up with a battery clamp on Sunday morning...lol...maybe a big ratchet strap...lol...oh well...I'll have to drive over things in the lot where I can hang my arm out the window and be good with bungee cord battery hold down....lol

Y'all have fun at Bandimere! Got a huge parts list for the rig, so I'll be working.
