I came down in '05 after Katrina to help with disaster relief, lived here off and on since. Must say mardi gras is insane, but I miss the mountains.

Hey guys got a question. I'm installing my lift and I can't figure out how to get the shock absorber mount through the bushing. It's for the rear upper mount. Do I need to have them pressed in or is there a trick? Any help would be great. Thanks guys.

Do u have a bench vise? I would line it up and crank it down till it pops in there

I've tried but stopped cause I didn't know if this would f*** it up. It sounds so easy on the instructions "use light grease". I'll keep trying. Thanks and if anyone else has some insight would be much appreciated!

Yeah it's definitely an experience. I studied at Tulane while I was there and grew to love every bit of it. Are you a saints or Tiger fan?

Regular dish soap is a good lube for rubber materials to get them in places!
