with a lunch box locker there is no carrier break like there are with a full case locker. say you have 3.55 gears and get a detroit locker. you want to go deeper in gears like 4.56, you would have to buy another locker. thats why a lot of guys like the lunch box ones they work with any gears you put it however the carrier itself is weaker
