You should just chop the other side off (assuming your running stock locations) and then do a mid mount for your shocks. I'm sure if you prep it, a muffler shop would weld that ish up for you on the cheap.

Think I might cut the front fenders up a little more than what they are. Right now it's folded up to the lip that goes around. Eventually want to go up to 35s on my 4.5". It's either going to be the box look or take one of my old flares and follow that pattern around it. What do you guys think

Use painters tape to lay out your desired pattern on one side then messure and match on the other. I have a box cut look for the front cuts then a nice arc for the back cut. looks fairly clean. +1 on winging your patern for the cut though.

Here is my delima now though. the inner front well protrudes into the wheel well just enough that it binds up my inside tire at lock and then when stuffed I can't really turn a whole lot . i really basically have to pick a line and work it in a straight line without having to make adjustments (depending on the felx). So I was thinking about making some relief cuts (into the passenger compartment basically) and then using a rubber mallot to bash that section in. then I'll pull the carpet back and weld the relief cuts shut.

So the question is has anyone done this?

I think you should cut it as "smoothly" as you can. If not sure, I'll be the guinea pig

No wait, arc it in the rear and when finishing the cut, finish jus below the turn signal

agreed ^^^^ If your dont slope the front almost as close to the signal as possible your will catch it with your 35's and have a bent up fender. Look a Madis for reference. Her's are cut about like mine. Though I may have removed more towards the top. Mine are cut up as far as your have yours marked with the tape. I cut almost to the signal up front and for the rear cut I went back to where its showing a good portion of inner well.

I personally hold up my old flare, trace, then cut. Turns out nice and clean. Just watch out for your washer fluid res on the drivers side.

I personally hate the look of a squared out cut. I think it looks lazy, but to each their own. But ur tire is round, not square.
