Thinking about going to U Pull & Pay for a NP231J transfer case to slip on the Jeep while I rebuild mine. Would I be wasting my time, because they are already stripped off the Jeeps?
there is plenty of 231 tcases at upap. atleast the aurora one. last time I went I came by a couple of t cases just laying right by the xj. what part do you have to rebuild on your current one
I'm not sure yet. I haven't pulled the old one off. It might just be slack in the chain. I'll probably head up there next weekend. My project this weekend is replacing the track bar, drag link and tie rod ends to get rid of death wobble.

I do.. I just picked up a 90 the other day that spun a bearing. Easy flip. But it does have the flares on it that I am goin to yank off. I hate flares.

When driving over junkers I usually see the Junkers inflict atleast as much damage on the rigs driving over them as the rigs driving over the junkers , and if the junker claims a $500 tire with un repairable damage the junker with only a $300 scrap value wins .
This. But it's fun to watch lol
