Default Dedicated AZ Wheeling runs

I want this to be a thread to be a place that people can post up runs that wont get lost in all the BS'ing done in the other main thread. So with that said, post up any run with time, place, meeting location and time and difficulty. Keep all chat to trail run related info only. Leave the BS in the other thread please.

yes.

7am meet time on saturday at the tube rental area for the salt river.

we are going up to sunflower mine. should be back by 2-3 ish.

requires atleast 3" (and armor) and 31's min. 4.5" and 31's is what i ran it on with no damage when i first ran it.

33's and some lift are helpful as a "just in case"

its mainly rocky but is a really good pretty trail!

Alright i'll be putting on a run. Sunday August 29

Montana Mountain loop. Out in queen valley.

Meet at the shell gas station on gold canyon on the 60

Meeting time:2pm if you guys want to push it back and make it a night run, that would be awesome to.

Trail time: its about a 3-4 hr drive at the trail head

Its so easy a caveman can do it! a stocker 2wd like myself can do it without a problem.

This is mainly a scenery trip. all dirt roads, nothing too challenging. So anyone and everyone is welcome.

PM me if your good to go

I'm gonna post up another run for OCT 30

I dont know the name, but it loops from queen valley back behind superior and dumps right infront of oak flats

Starting location: the Shell in gold canyon unless you have another preference

Starting time: meetup at 730am

Trail time: 2-3 hours Theres a few good look outs to stop

Its very easy if we go from oak flats side. Going from queen valley side, 2wds will need to be winched up...there is only one hill that requires that. stock 4x4 cherokee's can make it.

Let me know if you can go!

Heres another run! i posted this in the chat thread. but thats already cluttered up.

So i know this is kind of short notice, but should be a good run if you can go.

Trail: Four Peaks

Date: 11-26 to 11-27 (if you want)

Starting time: 8:30am

Starting location: Denny's in Fountain hills

Duration: Good majority of the day. Im not too sure how long it'll take since i havent done it.

It shouldnt be too hard. if a stock 2wd cherokee can do anyone else is fine.

Please note, im part of a smaller local valley club (az4wheelers) so if your interested in meeting some more local people let me know and going let me know. PM me if your interested

Trail: Wolverine Pass

Date: 12/23 Thursday

Starting time: 9am

Starting location: Ranger Station in North mesa (higley and Mckellips)

Duration: 3-4 hours

A permit is required, so be sure to be at the ranger station to get one if you dont have one. This trail will start at the blue point enterance (right by the blue point bridge) and will end up coming out in north Apache Junction.

If your interested let me know
