Big THANKS to Seth tonight for hooking me up on some shocks and I finally got to put a face to someone on this damn site! He's also convinced me (after talking via PM and in person, as well as Dustin PMing me) that I should be fine on the trails for BE.... So, I think I'm gonna hussle and try to come with (especially after Seth reassured me that there should be plenty of spare parts just in case something brakes, and PLENTY of people around to lend a hand!).
I came home, and after getting pumped up to go wheeling I finally disconnected my sways via the quick disconnects (not very quick or easy lol) and went cruising... Like 2 blocks from my house is a trail head and there's some big *** rocks, decorative I'm assuming, in the parking area so I crawled and crawled and did my best to push the jeep to its flex limits... I didn't get close to rubbing front or rear at all, and it was pretty damn flexed out... Also, Seth said the PO had relocated the brake lines or something (one of the main reasons for wanting to go out and see if they were gonna need to be replaced) and it seems that I can flex the Jeep a LOT and they don't get tight... They get close, but not really tight, still some play in the line...
SO, tomorrow I'm gonna put my mind to work in fixing and putting my shocks on and hopefully I can come with on the Bacon Express (You guys have no idea how pumped I am right now to finally do something entertaining this summer haha).
Back to another question though, does anyone have any idea what the air compressor / on board air situation is gonna be? I wanna air down, but I wanna air back up before we all leave and my plug in compressor aint worth a damn for 4 33" tires.
Also, Seth said he's got a lot of people coming, do we have a solid head count of people who are coming from here, so we can put faces to names (at least for me, since I haven't met anyone and am still new).
Again, I'm pumped and pretty impressed with the Jeep as is, and a HUGE thanks again to Seth for helping out and being cool as ****

lol, I can live with that. Doubt I'll roll it though, I'm gonna try to wheel my jeep and just take some of the easier routes.. It'll be nice to "shakedown" the thing finally and at least get out and camp and cruise around. I'll have plenty fun watching you guys do the harder stuff

I don't have OBA either.. If I remember correctly, and of course, depending on which route we take to CMG, there are some gas stations nearby HC. And of course, there are a couple places to air up, leaving from CMG.

Looking into the A/C conversion starting tonight after going up left hand.... It'd be nice to have, and if it's not too difficult then maybe I can get it done this week. Looking up "how to" threads now
