Well since life has hit the fan, i think its time to put the lift on the jeep. BS you find any bushings?
Also how long do the u-bolts need to be? or can i use my old ones?

 

i should have the bushings just not the one for the shackle and the u bolts should be about 8 and 1/2 inchs long

 

Sweet. BS i'll get with you and working something out. Have to sell this gas tank skid before i do anything.

But anyway. WE NEED ANOTHER TRIP!! haha 96 XJ is in town and wants to play a little bit before the month is out. I know we've been fairly inactive recently, but anyone up for a little jaunt somewhere this weekend?

Hi all new to the fourms when is the next jeep trip , I live in queen creek

 

just missed one yesterday i think that we may be going out this weekend but if its saturday i am not going i have other plans

 

Do you guys post it on here ? is there a monthly trip ? I may be going to box canyon Sunday with a bud but if he bails need a back up plan , will be first time out with new lift .

 

azcheapjeep91 we try to have a monthly trip...but that hasnt happened lately. BUt there are several of us that go out AT LEAST one a month and your welcome to come and play.

I may be able to go out this weekend. we'll see. I'll let ya know

 

Alright, so wednesdays trip with BS was a good trip, great to meet new people always and it was fun, great test of flex in some parts and initiative to finish my front end....

Anyways tomorrow I want to go out again. Sunday i am hiking with a few family friends and going out to queens valley off of the 60.

And since i got a job i will have more of a cash flow than just running off of savings.

I got a 1991 cherokee with a 6.5 ironrock 3 arm lift with 1 inch trans lift & 33x11.50 tires . still need some rocker guards before i get on real tuff stuff will be making them next weekend

 

cool, when you make your rocker guards you should do a write for all of us here. I need to make some too.... I have perfect rockers but i have been really thinking about doing the rocker replacement with 2x6x1/4".....Just seems simpler...

You should also post pics of your jeep, I am jealous of your suspension lift... I want a long arm very badly...
