Depends on your budget. I don't know of any houses for rent. Doney park is outside of town a little. There's lots of trails like 5 minutes from doney. I don't recommend sunny side

 

I have family and friends in Gilbert and they all got smoking deals on their houses. Pretty much the same house as mine and almost 100K cheaper. Makes me wanna move to Az! Haha

 

Surprise and Goodyear are nice and not over priced. Really good deals on houses.

Ok i got a good one here. I have the Peugeot BA10/5 Transmission in my jeep im told and learning that its a pice of ****. So i need to replace my transmisson with the Aisin-Warner AX15 what i need to know is where can i get one for a good price and is everything going to match up or do i nee dto get a conversion kit???? Any help or advise would be great.

hmm, not sure if I'm that confident in my rig to commit for a trail that long of distance. Do you do a lot of your mods and maintenance here in Chandler? I have been working on stuff in my garage but about to move into an apartment (not ideal for auto work). I need to look at a couple of my steering components to pin point some click and clunks. otherwise my XJ is running pretty good. But I want to do some trails soon since the weather is amazing.
