well looks like i can go now! im game for sunday if you dont mind someone limiting you...i dont want to hinder you guys at all...

As for Ajo....

in my brutally honest opinion, its a complete dumb...its right on the boarder so you'll have plenty of illegals to deal with and all the associate crime with it, i want to say is Reservation Territory as well which IMBHO is another crappy reason, then its in the middle of the desert surrounded by a military bombing range, there isnt much around you, except dirt and catcus, the nearest decent sized town is at least a 45min drive....but i havent been there in about 2 years. That was my opinion of it. I would look into it more...if the pay is awesome, i would look into it, but if it is for a halfway decent job i wouldnt do it.

Whats the job offer?

Sweet, I just want to drive with a group of XJ's, other than that I don't have any expectations or anything. I think there's a gas station right off the freeway on Idaho and the 60, do you guys want to meet there and head out together? I don't know my way around florence, so after we leave AJ I'll be lost, so SOMEBODY better know where they're going!

There is a shell gas station on the 60 in Gold Canyon. Its the last one before Florance. if you want to meet there, or idaho and 60 works

One thing is we dont have to go through Florance to get to where we want to go...there is a staging area before. But there is another way in, through florance. If that makes any sense...

I kinda know where im going, but not entirely sure. i'll be sure to map everything out on the GPS.

And I agree lol Ajo is a pretty crappy town, been through there a few times, and that's about all its worth is passing through

Government job so the pay is decent, but not awesome.

I love the desert. Ain't scared of crime as I have no kids. I saw somewhere there was hundreds of miles of Jeep trails out there and looks like a place I can buy another motorcycle and not have to worry about idiots trying to kill me constantly, like I do here.

As long as I can order stuff online I don't think I care about being in the middle of nowhere.

You remember anything about the attitude of the people?

Yeah AJO is about halfway between Tucson and Yuma, other than that, there aint much around it. Its been a while since I've been there but I can't imagine too much changing down around that area.

There are a lot of trails in the Tucson area that people could point out to you, and the Imperial Sand Dunes, Buttercup/Gordon's Wells, is just on the other side of Yuma. If you like Mexico, Rocky Point would be close.
