I took out a polt to the crank position sensor. Couldn't figure out how to get the other bolt out with the tools I had. Does anyone know which tool makes this process less frustrating?

Just stack a whole bunch of extentions on a socket wrench, and use a light under there so you can see what your doing. Its challenging at first, but pretty easy once you get the hang of it.

belongs to sean "njbozic"
he figured he should rebuild it while we had the trans out.. The real reason he took it out is because the trans was taking a ****. He got an ax15(doont quote me) from pic a part. Apparently hes going to rebuild the Tcase as well. STARTING FRESSSSH. uber jealous the stack of parts had me grinning. I cant wait to see how she does once hes done.

I got half a mind to rebuild mine next fall. Shes got 202,000 miles !

Never really seen a 231 destroyed to need to be rebuilt. Adding an SYE yes but just because i don't see a point unless they are broken...

Im not sure hes going to "rebuild" the TC
I believe hes just going to open the case, clean really good, and re do the gaskets. I wanna do it myself. Just to know its done right. The previous owner was a tweaker I think.
