yeah ARBs are dumb pricey. I would get an E-locker for the front anyway, but theyre pretty high priced as well, not to mention with those full case lockers you gotta get the r&p set up again after install.

went to Northstar for the day, been doing a lot of daytrips lately, this is the first on the jeep (mine at least) has seen but it will definitely see more soon. one of my biggest reasons for building this was snow wheeling, so gotta put it to use right?!?!

Yeah idk why they are so expensive, auto lockers seem like the way to go if you're on a budget.

I live too far away from tahoe to make a day trip there worth while, but only 30 minutes from hollister hills.

for sure, wish I was that close, would make shake down runs way easier. I dont really have anywhere to go, would like to flex on this curb at my house to check for rub but I think the HOA would frown on that. haha. Ill find something though, might have to do some extra trimming. Doubt it, but who knows

Hahaha I got yelled at by my school for flexing in my driveway. What is your lift and tire combination? With 6.5" of lift and 33" tires my fenders had to be trimmed, big time in the front.

4.5" w/clayton long arms, 33x12.50s. Trimmed the front up to the edge of the flair so now the fenders are basically straight down with no flair at all, may need to go further. "trimmed" the rears past the spot weld, by beating with a dead weight hammer instead of using tin shears. Worked perfectly, now its got a lip to keep from shredding my tires AND its tucked higher up than it would have been just trimming to the spot welds.

yep. lol, definitely trimming. when the lift was first installed and then the tires, I could only turn the wheel ~25% before the tires rubbed. U-turn on the first drive was a big pain. many, many point turn. lol

Hahaha I know you're pain, I've still got some trimming to do to be able to turn to full lock. I'd like to see your xj at hollister on the 16th/17th. On the 18th we are having a mini top truck challenge. Nothing that's going to break parts (we are all driving our rigs there and back home again).

@hooper-maybe they won't leave it because of it's size? Or they are just being stupid lol. Hopefully you get it tomorrow.

@Sil- haha I know. Do you think you can make it to hollister the 16th/17th or 18th?
