I just ordered the correct crown trans mount. The brown dog mounts are getting made tomorrow he said so shouldn't take long. Not like the 5 months I'm still waiting for my battery cables.

I'm getting rubber for all of the mounts as I hate vibrations. How do you stand the vibes from all of the poly???

Be sure not to tighten the motor mount thru bolts much, I have read you should be able to spin the washers. I over-tightened mine and the vibes were bad, last week I looked into it and found the washer suggestion and I loosened them up some and the vibes are less. I have rubber mounts.

Thru bolt? I assume you are talking about the brown dogs. I got a long list of things to do to the jeep and parts waiting to be put on.

You still up to helping me with the brake lines?

It takes a long time to get all those strands of wire together and then insulate them, it's not like he is taking the cable off a spool and using a crimp tool to attach the ends.

Get your $ back if you have already paid and go elsewhere..

It's honestly not that bad. Once I got past not having carpet and the holes in my floor for the shocks. Then I could take anything

Got the battery all charged up over the night. Just threw it in and everything started up fine. So I am pretty stumped. Some other places were saying maybe it's a bad water pump but that got replaced last July before a trip out to Nelsons Landing so I doubt that. I hadn't checked anything else yet because I was waiting on the results of charging the battery and throwing it back in. So I am assuming the battery somehow got grounded out. I can't see how that happened though.

Anyway I am going to prolly see how to hook up my Light bar to my rack with some spare steel I have lying around. Maybe make a custom bracket to attach to the rack and the mounts that came with the bar. I'll figure that out later. First some breakfast.

Have a good one guys.

Tired of that route. So I'm going to do more research in the morning and try to figure it out on my weekend.

Also what's your Guys opinion on rebuild vs buying a new engine? Plz lease thought and comments as well as any other info.
The first thing I'd look at is all fuses and relays. Assuming they're all good I'd then check all cable and ground connections for clean and tight. By then your battery should be charged so try it and see what symptoms you get. Did the computer throw any codes?

I'd probably put off the LS swap for the time being. That's just me though.

When you mention all the other things I can see how you ignore it. I did the no carpet thing in one of my other jeeps so it was easier to clean up the mud and dirt.

Yeah the no carpet is sweet for me. I just spray it out with a hose or whatever and easy clean up. Plus I have holes behind the rear seat for the shocks to mount on the cage. Doors rattle because there is and inch and a half cut off the bottom. So here's comes that saying, it's a jeep thing! Haha

Maybe he is still smelting the copper for the wires from his prior to zinc penny collection..
