Has anybody done the zj fan clutch upgrade? what do you think? or should i add another electric fan? only problem is that it takes a big electric fan to produce as much air as the mechanical one

Anybodys work hiring? Looking for a new job
zj fan clutch
Was gonna do it, but my master tech at work talked me out of it... said a bigger fan clutch won't move more air... I'm running 2 factory e fans and it's working out great for me, until I try to use my ac lol then it creeps up.

I've also heard about people upgrading to the larger clutch and then having problems with it hitting the radiator under engine flex. If I remember correctly you have engine mounts already so its probably a non-issue but something for anyone else to consider.

Yea i have poly brown dogs. But im considering going to the csf 3 row so it might end up being a problem haha. Guess ill just have to mount the radiator behind the back seat if so!

When i was reading into it i guess it isnt only bigger but has more friction so it is locked up i think 60-80 percent of the time where as ours are hooked up 40-60. but i might swing by pic a part and if i can find one just grab it for a few bucks and see what happens. Otherwise i can get a race car fan to throw in it! how loud is it with both e fans running?

E fan is quieter than the mechanical. My Taurus fan was pretty loud
I might be selling my triple fan setup and CSF radiator soon. I just need to start ordering parts and disassembling everything. And actually commit
