What did you break on the d30? Did you run a gas tank skid? I have been throwing around the idea of clocking the t case when I get in there to do the sye. I wish I would have read the directions when I welded my ruffstuff chassis plates on. Couldn't figure out why they included 4 nuts with the plates. Now I know they were for bolting up a flat belly skid. Doh
no gas skid. consequently, my gas tank had a huge dent in it. definitely run a skid or tuck the tank into the cargo area
bolts for the ruffstuff plates? I just used jack stands and a couple vices and welded those on. I didnt know they came with bolts
I also have a clocking jig you can borrow as soon as I clock my tcase. I was thinking about renting it out for $10 a pop
I broke the factory cross pin in the differential. they make an upgraded one for $30 that I wish I had gotten

$10 rental sounds good but I could probably buy one outright for around the same cost of gas getting up to you to borrow it.
So I did a little measuring today and my 3" lift springs netted me 4.5" of lift. This is based on iron rock offroads stock xj center of hub to bottom of fender flare measurement of 17.5". So I think I will just go with 35"s. I think I will trow on the Artek C gussets and a WJ swap. I hope the tax man treats me well this year.
