300 mile round trip.
300 divided by 12 equals 25
25 x 4.25-4.50 comes out to 110 ish 120ish.

then a full tank and a 5 gallon jery can for a day of wheelin another 65-70 $

i think thats a good estimate.

but ya ill probly have 250$ on me for gas just in case

 

You'll LOVE the place. Wish I was going, but it's a LOT of driving although I did do it in one day. Next time I'll stay overnight! When are you going to head down there? Maybe i'll tag along if you don't mind. This is Sunday, so maybe you're there now. I have a roll bar (Rusty's) and a front bumper (JCROffroad) to put on. The one time I was at HH, I got stuck within 15 min. of getting there and could only be pulled by the front end. You old salts out there know what that meant!!! That's right... The dreaded "Nowhere To Pull From The Front Cherokee Design Flaw". After risking my whole front end by wrapping the strap around my axel, I ordered the JCR front bumper. Now watch, I'll never have to be pulled by the front again! LOL I did pull a huge truck out of a ditch sideways that day, so I evened the score and had a great day.

I can make that weekend. I'm only 45 min away from hollister.

 

Hollister is pretty hard to get lost in. They have maps that show all the trails, but there are a few unmarked trials that are a lot of fun to do. I've only found about 2 or 3 of them.

i dont think ill be going unless we can get like at least 3-4 vehicles.
no offense but wheelin with only one other person who i dont know who they are or how prepared they are just seems like a bad idea.
especially with the amount of gas this is gonna cost.
