Who pulled you over city, sheriff, or CHP?
This has some info on the matter.

Did he write you up for tire coverage from the tires sticking out, or for your ride height? I don't think a 4" lift needs mud flaps.

Guerneville checking in.......Anyone going to Cow Mt. this weekend? Any campers? It's a great place to camp....it's free.... no reservations needed. Let's go wheelers! Time's-a-wasting. Ya think ya got forever?
Free camping?! really?
I probably can't make it up there to Cow Mountain this weekend tho, but in a future plan for sure.
I have plans to go to Hollister Hills on July 21st and 22nd and camp overnight. The fee is $10. per vehicle to camp: that includes access for both days and a campsite. $5 for the day if you don't camp. No reservations are accepted, first come, first served basis. I called over there and she said it was slow time of year, so shouldn't worry.
Anyone is welcome to join me if you are able.
