I'm from NOR CAL but there are more people in here than in Pacific Southwest so with your kind permission I might hang out here from time to time
go right ahead xj4life.
And yes you are supposed to have fenders that cover your tires. but no one will really pull you over for it. i trimmed mine and i have 31/10.50 tires that stick out and i have never been hasseled.
What city do you live in? Are you close to Puyallup of Bonney Lake?

I live on ft lewis, so yeah that is pretty close to puyallop. i was kinda waiting on a couple of guys to get back from leave. to go and find some places.
i think evans creek is one of the closer places to go for you then. It is up towards Enumclaw and Greenwater. its a great place. it has a big variety of trails ranging from easy to difficult.
hey fella's just about to get back off deployment and getting my buddy's 99' classic. im about to order the RE 3.5 '' SR and planning on throwing some 32's on it. but was looking for some guys so kinda show me ropes of the local trails once im back. cuz i havent been since moving, so pm me if you wanna meet up go wheeling. but im down to get all you local guys on my friends list for ease of access to message about local deals, trails whatever! and maybe we should start a group but either way its good to know theres a few of us in the area. laterz

If you need help with your lift let me know. There are some places to go wheeling on post mostly just trails and a few sand pits. I have been trying to look around for some spots, but you know its kinda scary hoping you are not driving close to a live range.
ya im totally down with some help with the lift, i mean i dont have the tools myself to do it (or the know-how). its my first lift but my second jeep so ya i was thinking about going on base with couple buddies and trying to figure it out but if i had someone that kinda knew what they were doing then i wouldnt be down to one car for more than a couple days so im down for some help! and trails and sand pits sound good to me but ya i know what your talking about with the ranges!

I did my lift with the tools i have and i got jack stands and coil spring compressors. I think the leafs might be the only problem if they are rusted in there. And it shouldn't take but a day to do it especially with two people. So just let me know.
