Default What have you rescued with your Jeep?

My friend calls me from Estacada the other night and said his Ranger got high centered in a ditch. He owes me. I was on a date that night!

I don't think I would have answered the phone on a date! When I was in college they have us a new overflow parking lot, but it was all small rocks that were very loose. I don't even remember how many small cars like civics I pulled out of those rocks.

Pulled out too many to list off the beaches north of Perth Western Australia, here are some - 80 series landcruser, 100 series Landcruiser, Nissan MQ, GQ, GU patrols, Nissan Pathfinders and navaras, landrovers, range rovers, Suzukis. Most memorable was a group of Toyota sales people with a brand new 200 series Landcruiser, a Prado and a Hilux. Following each other too close as they came off the beach on a dead end track that ended in a 4 meter drop off into the bush, Landcruiser and Prado were in the bush, Hilux stuck on the edge !!! hahahaha. also pulled my work collegues 15,000kg truck with 7000kg of sand on the back and 5300kg of trailer and Bobcat out from a bush track of bottomless sand. hhmmmmm maybe that is why my transmission just blew up !!

Ive pulled out a TJ, ZJ, Samurai, several XJs (cause I mostly wheel with XJs), a CJ, Ford Ranger, F250, older Silverado, 80s datsun pickup, and there are probably many more I cant remember right now.

That doesn't look like anything he couldn't get himself out of to me. What's the story to it?
