Default Another tranny drop...

Well I made another trip down south to meet up with odgreen to pull the tranny again. 3rd time in last 8 months. First, slave gave out, then clutch, then the new slave a few weeks after Brandon pulled it and redid the clutch. Slave was a pos, when we pulled it out, the retainer that held the return line failed, popped out.So I made the trip again, and put a new one in. Hope this is the last time!

If it fails again for any reason, we are gonna do and exterior slave mod. Weather cooperated for the most part, we did get a little rain and some occasional wierd snow. Cold as all hell, but we perservered, got it done, along with a swing set/playhouse teardown, and occasional bs'ing with passerbys.

Next on the list is to tear out the destroyed exhaust system and install a hiflow cat and a magnaflow. Thanks again Brandon, you saved me!

Hello Jeepsters,

I have a a question, as a Cheep Jeeper I have a question in regards to the platinum burners led series at Walmart. Has any one bought and used them and if so can you take a pic at night from the in side of your ride I need to see the patter and light spread. If they put out a nice light pattern and amount of light at 22/34$ it's a good deal. I'm wanting to change over to LEDs but for the most part they are hella expensive.

Got a large portion of the uni-frame cut off, everything from the crossmember location forward is gone.

I think it'll be an awesome build. I'll be interested in how the body is braced now that it's been separated from the "frame". Could be a monster if done right. Can't wait to see future developments
